• Features:
1. This nozzle features a simple design, excellent atomization, a wide adjustment range, and is both easy to maintain and convenient to repair.
2. This nozzle features a three-stage atomization process and incorporates a swirling airflow to ensure thorough mixing of oil and air, resulting in high-quality atomization with an average droplet size ranging from 60 to 80 μm—uniformly distributed for optimal fuel combustion.
3. The nozzle is equipped with an oil-control needle, which not only adjusts the oil flow rate but also serves to clear the oil passages, preventing impurities from clogging them.
4. Install a V-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal inside the oil sleeve to prevent oil from leaking out of the oil nozzle and contaminating the surrounding area.
5. Depending on the oil inlet position of the furnace, this nozzle can be adjusted to direct the oil flow as needed during installation.
