The Hongxing HRA series combustion system is designed for use in drying equipment and is widely applicable across industries such as ceramics, metallurgy, and metal heat treatment. The HRA series primarily uses natural gas, liquefied gas, or producer gas as its main fuel, delivering a maximum combustion power of up to 480 kW. It features automatic ignition control, UV probe flame monitoring, and incorporates high-temperature-resistant stainless steel materials in critical zones. The viewing window is equipped with an optimally sized field of vision, while the product boasts a well-organized design layout and a uniquely engineered fan system. The fan’s airflow can be precisely adjusted by varying the blade opening, enhancing the burner’s adjustability and ensuring superior stability. Additionally, the combustion mixer is meticulously designed for even gas distribution, enabling complete fuel combustion, uniform heat output, and significant energy savings with reduced emissions.
